Why visit the Gardens by the Bay?

The Gardens by the Bay are a giant botanical complex known internationally as one of the main tourist attractions in Singapore. With over 500,000 species of plants, these gardens serve as an oasis in the cosmopolitan city. Visitors will be impressed by the enormous steel structures covered with plants that resemble trees. The garden includes thematic areas representing Malaysia, China, and India, and features the largest indoor waterfall in the world in the Cloud Forest. Also, a visit to the largest glass greenhouse showcases baobabs, bottle trees, a 115-foot (35-meter) tall mountain, and a plant replica of the Eiffel Tower.

Options

When making your reservation, you can choose between two types of ticket options:

Greenhouse entry + Supertree Observatory

This ticket provides access to Cloud Forest, featuring the world's tallest indoor waterfall, and the Supertree Observatory, which is 50 meters (164 feet) high and offers panoramic views of the Bay Gardens.

Greenhouse entry + Monet exhibit

This option includes access to the Cloud Forest and the exhibition "Impressions of Monet: The Experience," which showcases various Impressionist artists through a multi-sensory presentation.

Important

Visits to the Cloud Forest must be made on the same day.

Temporary Closures

The Cloud Forest closes once a month for maintenance, ensuring that one of the two major attractions remains open at all times. The conservatories and Floral Fantasy also have monthly maintenance closures. It is advisable to check the official website for specific closure dates before visiting.

Opening hours

The gardens are open from 9 am to 8 pm, except on maintenance closure days. These hours may change.
