Visit Koprivshtitsa and Plovdiv, two of the most famous areas in Bulgaria, and be enchanted by the mix of culture, architecture, and tradition that breathes in every corner of both these cities.

Plovdiv & Koprivstitsa Day Tour

The tour begins at 7:45 am with a pickup at Alexander Nevsky Square. At 8 am, we depart for Plovdiv, arriving after approximately 2 hours. You'll explore the city’s rich history and culture, reflected in its Roman, Byzantine, Ottoman and Bulgarian architecture.

During the tour, you will walk through cobbled streets, view colourful houses, and visit the ancient Roman Theatre and the Regional Ethnographic Museum (entrance ticket not included).

Next, we travel to Koprivshtitsa, north of Plovdiv, where a guide will share the city's significant history as you admire its vibrant homes.

Koprivshtitsa was the site of a crucial battle in Bulgaria's liberation, invoking the pride of its citizens. After a day of cultural exploration, we will return to Sofia, arriving at Alexander Nevsky Square between 6:30 and 7 pm.

Important

Koprivstitsa cannot be visited during the winter season due to heavy snowfalls.
