At the designated time, we will meet at the Bryggjegota pier and depart for our boat trip to explore the Barsnesfjorden fjord and the Årøy River in Norway. This area is famous for its scenery and fishing opportunities.

We will begin our journey by passing under the Loftesnes Bridge and into the 5-kilometer-long (3-mile) Barsnesfjorden. The emerald hills reflecting in the clear waters create a picturesque setting.

While cruising, we will pass by the village of Barsnes, known for its traditional wooden houses, ideal for photography. As we near the Årøy River, we will learn about its historical significance in sport fishing since the 19th century.

The fast-flowing river hosts some of the largest salmon globally, with notable catches weighing up to 34 kilos (75 pounds). This is an opportunity to witness a remarkable natural phenomenon.

After one hour of exploring the area, we will return to the Bryggjegota pier, concluding our adventure.
