Akumal Bay + Balam Reserve Day Trip

Day Trip Description

Between 7 and 7:30 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Riviera Maya and then head off to Akumal Beach to start our tour.

Upon arrival, we'll change into our snorkeling gear to explore this sea turtle sanctuary, home to hawksbill, loggerhead, and green turtles. You'll also see fish, stingrays, and more amidst the coral.

Next, we'll travel to Balam Reserve, stopping along the way for a sandwich. Prior to entering the cave, protective gear will be provided for safety while exploring the grotto.

Finally, we’ll return to Riviera Maya, arriving at your hotel 5 hours after the initial pickup.

Pickup from hotels in Tulum incurs a supplement of 10 USD per person, payable at the destination. Alternatively, you may go to the meeting point in Tulum: Super Aki Tulum at 9 am.
