On our Chichén Itzá, Coba & Ik Kil Cenote Day Trip from Playa del Carmen, you'll explore key archaeological sites in the Yucatán Peninsula and swim in a cenote.
Description
At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel to begin the journey to Chichén Itzá, Mexico's most famous archaeological site. This UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New 7 Wonders of the World features significant landmarks such as the Temple of Kukulcán, the Temple of the Warriors, the Platform of Venus, and the Great Ball Court. You'll have 1 hour of free time to explore.
Next, we'll visit the Ik-Kil cenote for 45 minutes of swimming in its turquoise waters, followed by a buffet lunch. Then, we proceed to the archaeological site of Cobá, where we’ll have a guided tour and view Nohoch Mul, the tallest Mayan pyramid in Yucatán, from the base.
We'll return to your hotel after a total of 10 hours.
