Discover the heavenly beaches of Isla Holbox, known for its incredible beaches and bird diversity.
Day Trip to Isla Holbox
We will pick you up from your hotel in Riviera Maya in the morning to head to the Chiquilá port. There, we will board a small boat to Isla Holbox.
Our first stop will be at a beautiful beach on the west coast of Holbox, where you will have 45 minutes to relax under the Caribbean sun.
Next, we will visit Isla Pasión, a small island with pristine beaches and diverse bird species. You will have free time to explore or relax at the viewpoint.
Continuing to Punta Mosquito, a beach accessible only from the sea, there is a chance to see pink flamingoes from March to October.
We will then stop at a local beachside restaurant for a typical lunch. After the meal, you will have about 1.5 hours to relax on the beach or visit the town of Holbox.
Finally, we will return to the Chiquilá port and then to your hotel.
Tours on Mondays and Thursdays
On Mondays and Thursdays, the itinerary is modified. We will travel by speedboat, skip the first swimming stop, and go directly to Isla Pasión for breakfast and one hour of free time. Afterwards, we will have a brief stop at Punta Mosquito, followed by three hours in Holbox and one hour at Yalahu Cenote.
This activity lasts approximately eight hours.
Itinerary Adjustments
The order of activities may change. If your tour is not on a Monday or Thursday, and depending on the weather, Punta Mosquito may be replaced with Isla Pájaros or Yalahau Cenote.
Flamingo Watching
Flamingoes are typically seen from March to October; however, their presence is unpredictable as they are wild animals.
