Our meeting point will be at the designated time at the Terra Surti Estate. Located just outside Sortino, this farm will serve as our starting point for a leisurely walk towards the remarkable necropolis of Pantalica.

After approximately an hour of walking, we will arrive at this prehistoric site. Recognized as a World Heritage Site, Pantalica is home to more than 5,000 tombs that date back from the 13th century BC to the 17th century BC. As we explore its rich history, the stunning scenery, inclusive of a dramatic canyon and a meandering stream, will provide a picturesque backdrop.

After our discovery of the necropolis, we will return to the hacienda. Here, we will immerse ourselves in the art of olive oil making at the olive mill, where we will unveil the secrets of producing exquisite extra virgin olive oil. Of course, the experience wouldn't be complete without indulging in a tasting of this renowned product, a staple of Mediterranean cuisine.

Post olive oil tasting, prepare yourself for a sumptuous Sicilian lunch. The meal will showcase a variety of local specialities, including traditional bread, olives, cured cheeses, salami, bruschetta with classic pâté, stuffed pizzolo, ricotta, and honey. To enhance your dining experience, enjoy your choice of refreshing mineral water, white wine, or red wine.
