Description

We'll meet at the scheduled time at the Terra Surti Estate. From this farm, we will take a stroll to the necropolis of Pantalica.

After a 1-hour walk, we will reach this prehistoric site, a World Heritage Site with over 5,000 tombs dating from the 13th century BC to the 17 BC. We will explore the history of this area while enjoying its landscapes, featuring a canyon with a flowing stream.

After the necropolis, we will return to the hacienda to learn about olive oil production. We will discover the process behind extra virgin olive oil and partake in a tasting of this key Mediterranean product.

Following the olive oil tasting, we will enjoy a Sicilian lunch featuring typical bread, olives, cured cheese, salami, bruschetta with pâté, stuffed pizzolo, ricotta, and honey. Beverages include mineral water, white wine, or red wine.

This 4-hour experience will conclude after our meal.
