Workshop + Tasting Details

The experience will take place at the indicated time at Terra Surti, an oil mill located on the outskirts of the Sortino village of Sortino in Sicily.

Upon arriving, we'll visit its oil mill to find out how extra virgin olive oil is made. This product, also known as EVO, can be used to make soap.

We will hold a soap workshop to learn how to make this hygiene product using olive oil, focusing on the process of saponification.

At the end of the workshop, we'll enjoy an extra virgin olive oil tasting accompanied by different typical Sicilian products. This tasting will conclude an experience lasting a total of 4 hours.
