Plitvice Lakes National Park Tour
After meeting at the indicated time at Obala Hrvatskog narodnog preporoda 21, Split, we'll set off on a journey inland from the Adriatic Sea coastline across the remarkable landscapes of Lika.
Upon arrival at the Plitvice Lakes National Park, we will begin with a guided walking tour of the wooden walkways connecting the 16 different lakes, forests, waterfalls, and hills. This UNESCO World Heritage Site showcases breathtaking views and waterfalls cascading into natural pools surrounded by lush forests.
Next, enjoy a boat ride on the Plitvice Lakes followed by a ride on an electric train back to the entrance of the park. Your expert guide will discuss the area's fascinating biodiversity, highlighting native species such as brown bears, wolves, eagles, and wild cats.
Following the tour, you will be taken to a nearby town for lunch. Afterward, we'll return to Split, concluding the day of exploration.
