Martha Brae River Rafting

At 10 am we'll pick you up at your hotel in Runaway Bay and take you to the Martha Brae River, located on the northern coast of Jamaica.

Upon arrival at Rafter's Village, the embarkation area equipped with leisure facilities such as bars and swimming pools, you'll find beautiful lawns and Miss Martha's Herb Garden, featuring endemic plants with medicinal properties. We'll explore this garden before boarding the bamboo raft for a pleasant ride down the river.

During the 30-foot raft journey, we will travel about three miles on the river, taking approximately an hour and 15 minutes. The guide will share the legend of Martha Brae and provide insights into local flora and fauna.

The bamboo raft ride is a noteworthy attraction for those visiting Runaway Bay, previously enjoyed by personalities such as Chuck Norris, Jason Derulo, Johnny Cash, and Queen Elizabeth II.

At the end of the trip, the raft will dock at Rafter's Rest, where we will pick you up and return you to your hotel around 2 pm.
