On this cruise to Mount Athos and Alykes beach, we'll sail through the Aegean Sea while admiring the monasteries perched on the cliffs. Remember to bring your camera!
Mount Athos & Alykes Beach Cruise
At 11 am, we'll meet at the port of Ouranopoli, where the ship will be waiting for us to start our cruise to Mount Athos and Alykes beach.
Once aboard, we'll set anchor and sail towards Mount Athos. We will skirt the coast to discover the monasteries, including Chilandariou, Dochiarioy, and Xenophontos. On the return journey, some monks will board to show sacred relics.
Next, we will head to Alykes beach on the island of Ammouliani, where you'll have two hours to explore. Activities include renting a hammock, snorkeling, and sunbathing.
Finally, we'll return to the port of Ouranopoli, arriving at 5 pm.
