Asinara Day Trip

At 9 am, we'll meet at the pier of Tanca Manna and board a boat to Asinara Island. After a 50-minute journey, we will arrive at the port of Asinara and begin our jeep tour of the national reserve, exploring the island's natural beauty and history.

During the tour, we will visit several notable locations, including Cala di Mackerel, the narrowest spot on the island, where geological formations known as the Dwarfs can be admired. Next, we will stop at Campo Perdu, a former prison converted into a riding school, and then visit CRAMA, a sea turtle rescue center, to learn about the care given to injured sea turtles.

The tour will also take us to Cala Reale, which served as a maritime station in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Finally, we'll visit Cala d'Oliva and Cala Sabina, home to one of the most renowned beaches in Asinara.

After a day of exploration, we will return to the port of Fornelli and board the boat back to Stintino, arriving at the pier at 5:45 pm.
