On this day trip to the Asinara National Park , we will explore a beautiful island in the north of Sardinia.
Tour Details
We'll meet at the designated time at the dock of Tanca Manna. From there, we'll set sail in a motorboat for approximately 50 minutes to reach the port of Fornelli, located south of the island of Asinara.
Upon arrival, we will embark on an exciting minibus tour of the Asinara National Park. This tour will include visits to the prison of Fornelli, the fortress of Castellaccio, and Cala di Sant'Andrea. Next, we'll stop at Cala di Sgombro to observe various species within this ecosystem, followed by a visit to the La Reale area to see Campu Perdu, a former prison converted into a riding school.
If possible, we will visit the Sea Turtle Recovery Center, managed by the C.R.A.A.M.A. Association. The route will continue to the small village of Cala d'Oliva, where we will visit its museum.
The final stop will be at Cala Sabina, allowing for 1.5 hours of free time for lunch, sunbathing, swimming, and snorkeling.
We will then return by road to the pier of Fornelli and take the boat back to the Tanca Manna Pier in Stintino, concluding this day trip after 8 hours.
