Description
At the scheduled time, pickup will be from your hotel in Stockholm to start this tour of three significant castles and palaces in Sweden. The first stop will be the Royal Palace of Stockholm, one of the largest palaces in Europe with over 600 rooms, built in the late 18th century on the remains of an ancient medieval castle.
Next, we will visit Drottningholm Royal Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, showcasing well-preserved 17th-century architecture. After a guided visit, we will proceed to the city of Sigtuna, where you will have approximately 1.5 hours of free time to eat by Lake Mälaren.
The final stop is Skokloster Castle, built on the ruins of a former Cistercian convent. Here, we will explore its patio, view a large exhibition of arms, books, and paintings, and discover its connection with Drottningholm. After 8 hours of activity, we will return to your hotel in Stockholm.
