Explore the Colmar canals, the Riquewihr colored houses, the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle and discover the beauty of Eastern France on this Alsace Day Trip from Strasbourg.

Alsace Day Trip from Strasbourg

At 9 am we'll meet in the centre of Strasbourg to start this tour and discover the best of the Alsace.

The first stop of the day will be the Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle. We'll walk through its gates and explore the fortress built over 900 years ago. As we wander around we'll listen to the audio guide to learn more about its history. You'll also enjoy views of the Black Forest.

After visiting the castle, we'll get back on the minibus and head to the village of Riquewihr, where you'll have one hour and 45 minutes of free time to walk through the picturesque streets, visit shops or eat in local restaurants.

We'll then head towards Kaysersberg to discover its impressive fortified bridge before moving on to the last stop of the day, the village of Colmar. Here, we'll have the opportunity to visit its most symbolic locations such as the Little Venice district on board the tourist train.

The tour will end returning to Strasbourg, arriving back at the starting point at 7:30 pm.
