At the indicated time, we'll meet at 17 Place de la Cathédrale for a walking tour of the historic centre of Strasbourg, where we will explore traditional Alsatian cuisine.

Along the route, we'll visit three establishments around Strasbourg Cathedral to taste delicacies such as bread, pastries, sausages, and other typical Alsatian products.

We will experience several typical Strasbourg recipes, including raw meat, cheeses with local wines, and kouglop, an Alsatian brioche. We will also discover interesting facts about Strasbourg's history and its culinary culture.

As part of the tour, participants will enjoy a wine tasting, featuring Crémant d'Alsace, a well-known sparkling wine from the region.

In total, we will partake in three tastings from Alsace. This food tour will conclude after a 2-hour stroll through the heart of Strasbourg, near the initial meeting point.
