Isola Bella & Isola dei Pescatori Tourist Boat

To visit two of the most emblematic islands of Lake Maggiore, a tourist boat will be waiting at the pier in Piazza Guglielmo Marconi. From Stresa, we will first head to Isola Superiore, also known as Isola dei Pescatori or 'Fishermen's Island.'

Upon arrival, you can stroll through the narrow streets of the old fishing village until reaching the Church of San Vittore, the most important monument on the island. There are various bars and restaurants to enjoy local cuisine.

After Isola dei Pescatori, you will continue to Isola Bella, known for its beautiful gardens and fountains. Here, you can visit the Baroque palace built by Charles III Borromeo in honor of his wife Isabella, exploring its elegant halls.

The final stop of the tourist boat will be Stresa; however, you can return to Isola dei Pescatori if you wish.
