Suances Bodyboarding Class

The bodyboarding class will begin at the time of your choice at the surf school on Calle Miguel de Delibes. We will proceed to La Concha or Los Locos beach, depending on weather conditions, where we will learn the basic techniques of bodyboarding. Bodyboards are smaller and lighter than surfboards, making them easier to handle.

Prior to starting, we will teach you how to analyze beach conditions, sea currents, and winds—key factors for bodyboarding. Safety measures will be communicated, followed by a quick warm-up on the sand.

Once prepared, we will enter the water and begin riding the waves on our bodyboards. Bodyboarding is more accessible than it may seem, and the Cantabrian Sea offers an ideal environment.

At the end of the activity, we will return to the starting point and return the equipment.
