Suances Bodyboarding Class

Our bodyboarding class will begin at the time of your choice at the surf school on Calle Miguel de Delibes. We will head to La Concha or Los Locos beach, depending on the weather conditions, to learn the basic techniques of bodyboarding. Bodyboards are smaller and lighter than surfboards, making them easier to handle.

Prior to starting, we will teach you how to analyze the conditions of the beach, sea currents, and winds, which are key factors for bodyboarding. We will also cover safety measures and conduct a quick warm-up on the sand.

Once we are prepared, we will hit the water and begin riding the waves on our bodyboards. Bodyboarding is more accessible than it appears, and the Cantabrian Sea provides an ideal setting.

At the conclusion of the activity, we will return to the starting point to return the equipment.
