Suances Bodyboarding Class

The bodyboarding class will start at your chosen time at the surf school located on Calle Miguel de Delibes.

Initially, we will go to either La Concha or Los Locos beach, based on weather conditions, to learn the basic techniques of bodyboarding. Bodyboards are smaller and lighter than surfboards, making them easier to manage.

Before proceeding, we will teach you how to analyze the beach conditions, sea currents, and winds, which are essential factors for bodyboarding. Safety measures will also be discussed, followed by a quick warm-up on the sand.

Once prepared, we will enter the water and start riding the waves on our bodyboards. The Cantabrian Sea provides an excellent environment for bodyboarding, ensuring an enjoyable experience.

At the conclusion of the activity, we will return to the starting point to return the equipment.
