Suances Bodyboarding Class

The bodyboarding class will begin at a time of your choice at the surf school located on Calle Miguel de Delibes. Prepare to ride the waves of Cantabria.

We will go to La Concha or Los Locos beach, depending on the weather, to learn the basic techniques of bodyboarding. Bodyboards are smaller and lighter than surfboards, making them easier to handle.

Before starting, we will teach you how to analyze beach conditions, sea currents, and winds, which are crucial factors for bodyboarding. We will also cover safety measures and conduct a quick warm-up on the sand.

Once prepared, we will hit the water and begin riding the waves on our bodyboards. Bodyboarding is accessible and the Cantabrian Sea provides an excellent environment, ensuring an enjoyable experience.

At the end of the activity, we will return to the starting point and return the equipment.
