Penedes Vineyards Bike Tour

We'll meet at the chosen time at Lavern-Subirats train station, the starting point of the tour. Here we'll put on our helmets and get on our bikes to start pedalling towards the most rural area of the Penedes.

During the bike ride through the vineyards of the Penedes, you'll learn about the vine's vegetative cycle, the history of the main wineries in the area, and the characteristics of local organic farming.

We'll pedal along with vineyards, almond, olive, and peach trees, with the mountain of Montserrat as a backdrop.

Finally, we'll reach the family winery to explore the winemaking process. You'll discover the importance of cava and wine production in the Penedes region.

To test your knowledge, you'll taste 3 wines from the winery. Afterwards, we'll bike to the nearby village of Sant Pau d'Ordal, known for its gastronomy and peach market.

Finally, we'll pedal back to Subirats to end the tour.

At the time of booking, you can choose the type of bike you prefer. In the vicinity of Subirats, there are small slopes, so we recommend the electric bike for a more pleasant ride.
