At 8:30 am, pickup at your hotel will commence, followed by transportation to Chataquila, located 30 kilometers from Sucre. A two-hour hike through the Cordillera de los Frailes will begin upon arrival, a mountain range separating the departments of Chuquisaca and Potosi.

The hike includes stops to explore significant sites. The first stop will be the Inka Mach'ay cave paintings, created approximately 2,500 years ago, featuring human and geometric figures. Next, we will visit the Pumamachay cave, known for its black cave paintings.

As we progress, we will enjoy views of the Chataquila mountain range. A picnic lunch will be served before we continue to a local village where transportation will wait. A stop at the Tazón viewpoint will provide panoramic views of the Maragua Crater. The tour will conclude with a drop-off at your hotel in Sucre by 2:30 pm.
