Puka Puka and Tarabuco Day Tour

We'll pick you up at 8:30 am at your hotel and head to the indigenous community of Puka Puka, located 65 kilometres from the centre of Sucre.

In this small village, we'll learn about the life of its inhabitants while appreciating the cultural richness of this area of Bolivia. We'll observe their folklore culture, enjoy the music and dances, and admire the traditional clothing.

To complete the experience, we'll enjoy a pujllay show, similar to a carnival dance. Afterwards, we'll enjoy a typical lunch consisting of a starter and a main course accompanied by natural drinks.

After lunch, we'll go to the town of Tarabuco, known for its handicraft market where several indigenous communities gather weekly to showcase their textiles and handmade objects.

We'll stroll among the diverse stalls of the Tarabuco market, gaining insight into the area's ancient customs.

To round off our excursion, we'll return to Sucre and drop you off at your hotels at 3:30 pm.
