Canberra Day Trip

On this day trip to Canberra from Sydney, we'll travel to the capital of Australia and discover places such as the Australian War Memorial and the Parliament.

Description

We'll pick you up at the Holiday Inn Darling Harbor in Sydney and head south. After approximately 3.5 hours, we'll arrive in Canberra. A 1-hour vehicle tour will showcase the city's architectural landmarks and unique layout.

Around midday, we'll stop at a restaurant for lunch, with an all-you-can-eat buffet recommended.

Next, we'll visit Australia's Parliament House, inaugurated by Elizabeth II in 1988. This building symbolizes the country's political power and has witnessed significant historical moments.

We will continue to Lake Burley Griffin, viewing the Captain Cook Memorial, Supreme Court, and the War Memorial, which honors Australians who lost their lives in wars.

Subsequently, we will ascend to Mount Ainslie Lookout for panoramic views of the capital, ideal for photographs.

Finally, we’ll return to Sydney, concluding the tour after 12 hours.
