At the scheduled time we'll meet at the Sydney Opera House entrance to begin the guided tour inside this iconic Australian building, founded in 1972.

We'll spend an hour touring the elegant rooms while learning about its architecture, including the use of pre-fabricated shell tiles. The enclosure covers an area of almost two hectares and the structure rests on 580 pillars.

You'll see the concert halls, where various performances such as operas and ballet take place. The visit includes an opportunity to see the largest instrument in the world: an organ with more than 10,000 pipes.

We'll also explain the significance of the Sydney Opera House within the global theatre context. It was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was considered for the new seven wonders of the world.
