The village of Tenganan, the Taman Ujung floating palace, Bugbug beach... Discover eastern Bali with this private tour in English.

Taman Ujung and Tirta Gangga Floating Palaces

After hotel pickup, we will head east to explore Bali's artistic, monumental, and natural treasures.

Our first stop is the village of Tenganan, where we will learn about the customs of the Bali Aga, one of the oldest communities on the island. Here, we will see the looms making the famous ikat pegringsingan fabric, a characteristic fabric of Indonesia.

Next, we visit the Taman Ujung floating palace, surrounded by ponds filled with lilies and aquatic plants, known for its architectural beauty and popular for marriage proposals.

Approximately 20 minutes from Taman Ujung is the Tirta Gangga floating palace, where we will explore its gardens with pools, ponds, canals, and fountains, highlighting the significant role of water in this picturesque site.

After free time to eat lunch in the area, we will head to the virgin beaches of Bugbug for a refreshing swim before returning to your hotel in Bali.
