We'll pick you up from the Zhongxiao Xinsheng metro station in Taipei at the indicated time and start our day trip to Jiufen, in the northeast of Taiwan.

After approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes of travel, we'll arrive at our destination. This old town is renowned for its houses built on the cliffs of the mountain, with balconies hanging off the cliffs.

During our visit to Jiufen, we'll explore the town's important history as the main centre for gold extraction on the island. As the sun sets, we'll witness the streets lit up by red lanterns hanging from the roofs of houses.

We'll also visit key points of interest near Jiufen, including the ShueiNanDong golden waterfall, considered one of the most photogenic waterfalls in Taiwan. Remember to bring your camera.

To conclude this day trip, we'll head to Baoshishan viewpoint for impressive views of the Bay of Two Colours and a sunset experience.

8.5 hours after the start of the tour, we'll conclude at either the initial starting point or Raone Street Night Market, based on your preference.
