Learn about Taiwan's tea culture and admire one of this country's most spectacular landscapes on this tour to Pinglin and Elephant Mountain from Taipei.

We'll meet you at the MRT Zhongxiao Xinsheng metro station at 8 am and set off for the Pinglin district, only half an hour away.

Pinglin is a significant area for tea production in Taiwan. We'll first stop at a local farm to learn about tea, then head to the Thousand Islands Lake to admire the scenery.

After enjoying the views, we'll return to the minibus and go to Tofu Street, known for its stinky tofu.

Before returning to your hotel in Taipei, we'll hike Elephant Mountain, named for its resemblance to an elephant. From here, you’ll have a view of the city and Taipei 101.

After the hike, we will drop you back at the starting point in Taipei between 4 and 4:30 pm.
