Tambopata Photography 8 Day Trip
Day 1
After picking you up at the Puerto Maldonado airport, we'll travel to the banks of Sandoval Lake. During the journey, we'll take close-up shots of endemic river birds. The trip will end at the lodge in Tambopata, where we'll stay for the next few nights with full board. You'll have the rest of the day free to enjoy the facilities.
Day 2
After breakfast, we'll visit farmers in Loero, capturing images of farms and their animals, as well as workers in their daily tasks.
Day 3
We'll have breakfast and head to the chestnut fields for a photo tour, allowing you to capture unique pictures of the chestnut crops.
Day 4
We'll explore the gold mines of Tambopata to photograph the mining process.
Day 5
After breakfast, we'll search for endemic birds in the Corredor Bajo de Tambopata, with several viewpoints for capturing photos of various species.
Day 6
On this day, we'll immerse ourselves in the Amazonian ecosystems, looking for various flora and fauna and visiting local agroforestry systems for photography.
Day 7
The final full day will involve traveling to the banks of the Tambopata and Madre de Dios rivers. We'll take a canoe trip for close-up photos of river birds such as herons, parrots, and macaws. We'll return to the lodge to pack our bags afterward.
Day 8
We'll say our goodbyes, have breakfast, and return to Puerto Maldonado, dropping you off at the airport 3 hours before your flight.

This tour includes 7 nights' accommodation at an ecolodge in Tambopata, with full board provided.
