Etna & Taormina Tour

The tour starts at 9:30 am in front of Porta Catania in Taormina. It heads towards the slopes of Etna, the largest active volcano in Europe, about an hour away.

First, a visit to the Sapienza Refuge to learn about the volcano's recent activity. A walking tour covers the strongest eruptions, notably the 1892 event.

Returning to Taormina, a guided tour explores Corso Umberto and the Duomo of Taormina in a medieval square.

Visiting the Greco-Roman theater offers historical insights and stunning views of Mount Etna.

The tour concludes around 3:30 pm.
