Adventurers of all ages, get ready: explore the tropical wilderness of the Nicoya Gulf on a crocodile safari. You'll take a leisurely boat ride on the Tárcoles River while admiring the lush scenery around you.

At the scheduled time, we'll meet next to the Tárcoles River and set off on a safari to see crocodiles in their natural habitat. This area hosts one of the world's largest populations of these semiaquatic reptiles.

Once introduced, we'll board a boat to start the safari downstream. Get ready to see American crocodiles that reach up to 16 feet (5 metres) long!

During our safari, we'll explore the jungle and learn how the crocodiles and other wildlife around the Tárcoles River thrive. This area is home to numerous bird species and features an incredible mangrove ecosystem.

As we cruise through the Guacalillo Estuary, you'll see four different species of trees and encounter more than 50 types of birds, iguanas, and Jesus Christ lizards.

At the end of your jungle crocodile safari, you'll be returned to the meeting point 2 hours after pick up.
