On this excursion to the Congost de Mont-Rebei, we will explore one of the remarkable natural areas of Catalonia and visit the towns of Arbeca and Montblanc.

Congost de Mont-Rebei Excursion

We will pick you up from your hotel in Tarragona between 8 am and 9 am and proceed to the Congost de Mont-Rebei, the gorge that separates the provinces of Huesca and Lleida. This canyon has no infrastructure, meaning no roads or power lines are present. We will explore the path along this gorge for three hours, which is the main highlight of our tour.

Our next stop will be Arbeca, where we will visit the ancient castle of the Dukes of Cardona and an Iberian archaeological site, providing insights into the life of its inhabitants over 3,000 years ago. You will have one hour of free time in Arbeca to enjoy a meal in a local restaurant before we head to the Museum of Les Borges.

Then, we will visit Montblanc, known for its extensive walled enclosure. We will stroll through its streets and visit the Santa Maria Church, the first Romanesque church located in the upper part of a village.

Finally, we will return to your hotel in Tarragona, concluding the excursion at approximately 6 pm.
