Tarragona Adventure Quest

The ancient Roman city of Tarragona was once one of the Roman Empire's most prosperous regions, stretching to the Mediterranean. Today, Tarragona is one of the 15 Spanish cities designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

One engaging way to explore Tarragona is through an adventure quest. Navigate through the city’s emblematic monuments while uncovering the legends of the Roman Empire in southern Catalonia.

This self-guided tour utilizes a free mobile app that provides an easy experience to learn about the town. Instructions will be sent to your device as you solve various mysteries, riddles, puzzles, and other challenges that reveal Tarragona's history.

Beginning at Roser's Gateway, you'll traverse medieval streets to significant sites such as the Tarragona Cathedral, the Roman Amphitheater, Plaça dels Sedassos, and the Mediterranean Balcony lookout point.

Your quest lasts approximately 1.5-2 hours, culminating at Plaça del Pallol where you will solve your final mystery.
