Discover the culture and history of the Fergana Valley with this private 2-day tour from Tashkent. Visit the cities of Kokand, Rishtan, and Margilan!

Activity Details

Day 1

Your day begins with a 7 am pickup from your hotel in Tashkent, followed by a train ride to Margilan, known for its cultural treasures, including the Said Akhmad-Khoja Madrasah.

We'll visit the Yodgorlik silk factory to observe the traditional craft of silk-making. If your visit is on a Thursday or Sunday, we'll also explore the Kumtepa Bazaar, the largest market in the region.

After a day of activities, we'll have lunch in Fergana and enjoy an overnight stay in the area.

Day 2

The second day starts with breakfast. Our first stop will be in Rishtan at a pottery workshop to view local artisans' craftsmanship.

Next, we'll visit the village of Ok Yer to meet a Kyrgyz family known for their wool carpets.

Continuing to Kokand, we'll explore historical sites, including the Khudovar-Khan palace, the Jami Mosque, and the Norbut-biv Madrasah.

Our tour concludes with a train ride back to Tashkent, arriving at your hotel by 9:30 pm.
