Activity Details

Day 1

Your adventure commences with a pickup at 7 am from your Tashkent hotel, followed by a short trip to the train station. From there, we will board a train to Margilan, famed for its cultural riches, including the impressive Said Akhmad-Khoja Madrasah.

Following this, we will proceed to the Yodgorlik silk factory, where you can witness the intricate art of silk-making endemic to the Fergana Valley. If your itinerary permits a visit on a Thursday or Sunday, we’ll also stop by the bustling Kumtepa Bazaar, the largest market in the area.

After a day filled with exploration, we will journey to the delightful town of Fergana for lunch and enjoy an overnight stay in this picturesque setting.

Day 2

On the second day, we will start with a refreshing breakfast, setting the stage for another day of unforgettable experiences. Our initial destination will be Rishtan, where you will observe the artistry at a local pottery workshop.

Next, we will visit the quaint village of Ok Yer, providing a unique chance to meet a Kyrgyz family celebrated for their exquisite wool carpets.

Continuing our tour, we will reach Kokand, the thriving center of Fergana. Here, we will uncover the city's historical significance, beginning with the imposing Khudovar-Khan Palace, which highlights its role in Uzbekistan's extensive trade history. We will also appreciate the architectural beauty of the Jami Mosque and the Norbut-biv Madrasah.

As our delightful excursion comes to an end, we will take a scenic five-hour train journey back to Tashkent, ensuring your return by 9:30 pm.
