Tour Details

Day 1: Tashkent

At 9 am we'll pick you up from your hotel, the airport or the Tashkent train station to begin the tour. We'll take a guided tour of Tashkent, visiting Amir Temur Square, Alisher Navoi Theatre, Hast Imam complex, and Kukaldash Madrasa. We will also see the Orthodox and Catholic churches and the Museum of Applied Arts before returning to the hotel.

Day 2: Urgench - Khiva

After breakfast, we head to Tashkent airport for a 2-hour flight to Urgench. A driver will take you to Khiva, 35 kilometres away. We will tour the UNESCO-listed Itchan-Kala Fortress, exploring madrasas, mosques, and the Kalta-Minor minaret. Overnight in Khiva.

Day 3: Khiva - Bukhara

If the day is Tuesday, Friday, or Saturday, we'll take the train from Khiva to Bukhara. Otherwise, we will drive. After checking in, you will have the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 4: Bukhara

We'll start with a panoramic tour of Bukhara, including the mausoleum of Ismail Samani, the Bolo Hauz Mosque, and the fortress of the Arq. We will pass through Poi Kalyan complex and Lyab-i-Hauz, and attend a traditional Uzbek cooking class before returning to the hotel.

Day 5: Samarkand

After breakfast, we’ll drive to Samarkand, stopping at the palace of Sitori-i-Mokhi Khosa and at Gijduvan for pottery crafts. We will check into our hotel in Samarkand.

Day 6: Samarkand - Tashkent

We’ll explore Samarkand, visiting the mausoleum of Amir Guri, Registan Square, Zindah necropolis, and Bibi Khanum Mosque. Finally, you will take the high-speed train Afrosiyob back to Tashkent, where a driver will take you to your hotel or the airport, ending the tour.
