When making your reservation, you can choose from three different tour options. All provide an English-speaking guide and have the same starting point: Ria Formosa Avenue in Cabanas de Tavira. The options are as follows:

1-hour tour

For one hour, enjoy a cruise around the Ria Formosa, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Portugal. A 15-minute stop will be made on Cabanas Island for you to stroll along the beaches and observe the wide variety of birds.

2-hour tour

This two-hour tour allows for a longer boat ride, exploring the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Instead of going to Cabanas, there will be a 30-minute stop in the city of Tavira.

4-hour tour

On this four-hour tour around the islands of the Ria Formosa, cruise the island of Cabanas, island of Tavira, and the beach of Terra Estreita, with a 30-minute stop for swimming. The tour includes views of beds of oysters, clams, and cockles and visits to the coastal village of Santa Luzia, known as the "capital of octopus". Key sites include the church of Nossa Senhora do Mar and the 17th-century fort of São João da Barra.
