Organic Coffee Farm Tour

Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Calle Juan Ruiz de Alarcón, in downtown Taxco, to visit the agricultural community of Cacalotenango and explore an organic coffee farm.

During this tour, we will uncover the secrets of Mexican coffee plantations. Upon arrival, we will observe the organic coffee fields and learn about the year-round processes, from planting to processing.

We will see the two varieties of coffee grown on the farm, Marseille and Costa Rican, and we will explain how to identify their differences. The tour will also include a tasting of the coffee produced on the farm.

To complete the visit, we will enjoy a meal of corn sopes with eggs and grilled meat, a traditional Mexican dish.

After four hours of sightseeing, we will return to Taxco to conclude the tour.
