Organic Coffee Farm Tour

Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Calle Juan Ruiz de Alarcón, in downtown Taxco, to travel to the agricultural community of Cacalotenango and visit an organic coffee farm.

This tour will explore Mexican coffee plantations, revealing the secrets of coffee cultivation. Upon arrival, we'll see the organic coffee field and learn about the processes involved throughout the year, from planting to processing.

The farm produces two coffee varieties, Marseille and Costa Rican, and we'll cover how to identify their differences. Additionally, there will be a tasting of the coffee produced on site.

To conclude the visit, we will enjoy a meal of corn sopes with eggs and grilled meat, a traditional Mexican dish.

After four hours of sightseeing, we will return to Taxco, completing the tour.
