La Palma Dolphin & Whale Watching on a Glass-Bottom Boat
At the designated time, we'll meet at the port of Tazacorte. We'll board the Fancy II catamaran, equipped with underwater windows for viewing the seabed. Our sailing will take us to the northeastern part of Isla Bonita where we will observe rays, sharks, colorful fish, black corals, and octopi through the glass floor.
We will then sail through the Atlantic to spot dolphins and whales in their natural habitats. There is a chance to see dolphins, a pod of pilot whales, and witness whales coming to the surface.
Before returning, we will view the solidified lava flows from the Cumbre Vieja volcano's most recent eruption, which lasted 3 months in 2021, and discuss its impact on the island.
The catamaran trip lasts a total of 2.5 hours, concluding with our return to the port of Tazacorte.
