Cameron Highlands Rafflesia Excursion

During this excursion, you will learn about the world's largest flower while exploring the scenery of the Cameron Highlands. Pickup will take place at your hotel in Brinchang, followed by a journey into the forests in search of rafflesias.

After introductions, you will board a 4x4 vehicle, where you will receive information about this unique plant. A walk of approximately one and a half hours will take place in the rainforest, with an emphasis on spotting the rafflesias, which are difficult to find and bloom for only 5-7 days after months of development.

A break will occur in the village of Kampung Raja for lunch on your own, followed by a photo stop at the Sungai Palas tea plantation, where tea is available for those interested.

The tour will continue to the Mossy Forest, a unique natural environment found at the highest elevations of the Cameron Highlands and other mountain ranges in Malaysia. Finally, you will visit a Strawberry Farm, showcasing the region's important strawberry production.

After 8 hours of exploration and learning, you will be returned to your hotel, concluding the rafflesia tour of the Cameron Highlands.
