Practicing climbing next to the Roque Nublo at sunset allows us to enjoy one of Gran Canaria's most notable symbols while taking in the stunning scenery.

Roque Nublo Sunset Climbing Tour

The meeting point is at the parking lot of the Los Hornos dam in San Bartolomé de Tirajana. From there, we will walk to the climbing start point.

No prior climbing experience is required, as we will provide step-by-step instructions. Climbing relies more on technique than brute strength.

The ascent will take us through the mountainous interiors of Gran Canaria, where we will encounter Canarian pines and experience the majestic sight of Roque Nublo, a natural monument of the island. The views at sunset are particularly remarkable.

We will take a moment to enjoy the stunning skies as the sun sets over Roque Nublo and the horizon.

Participants will have the chance to witness the sunset while resting and learning that Roque Nublo is the second highest point in Gran Canaria.

After approximately four hours of climbing, we will descend and conclude our activity back at the starting point.
