Hebron Palestine Tour

On this tour to Hebron from Tel Aviv, you'll cross the Palestinian territory of the West Bank to visit Hebron.

Description

At the scheduled time, you'll be picked up from the Hostel Abraham in Tel Aviv and head towards the Palestinian territory of the West Bank. After traversing the Judean mountains, we will arrive at Hebron. The tour will begin by visiting the Jewish side of the Tomb of the Patriarchs, where key biblical figures are traditionally buried.

Next, we will proceed to the Jewish neighbourhood to visit the Abraham Avinue Synagogue, dating back to the 16th century. Following this, we will visit the Beit Hadassah & Hebron Visitor Centre to learn about the city's historical context.

The tour will continue at the Beit Romano Yeshivat Shavei Khevron and then to the Tel Rumeida archaeological site, where we will examine relics from the Chalcolithic period. After the archaeological overview, there will be a lunch break at the Hebron centre.

Post-lunch, we'll return to the Tomb of the Patriarchs to visit the Muslim side and explore the differences and similarities with the Jewish side, before heading back to Tel Aviv.

We will arrive back at the meeting point after approximately 12 hours.
