Embark on a journey through ancient biblical history as you explore the revered sites of Nazareth, Tiberias, and the Sea of Galilee.

Excursion to Nazareth, Tiberias, and the Sea of Galilee

Your day begins with a pickup from your chosen hotel in Tel Aviv at 7:15 am, as we set off for a fascinating adventure through Nazareth and the captivating Sea of Galilee region. On the way, we will pause at the Valley of Armageddon, where you can admire the striking hill of Megiddo.

Our first destination is the city of Jesus, Nazareth. Here, we will visit the Basilica of the Annunciation, built at the site where the Angel Gabriel announced the birth of Christ. Following this, we'll explore St. Joseph's Church, which is believed to be the former carpentry shop of Joseph.

Next, we continue towards the Sea of Galilee and make our way to Tabgha. At this location, you will uncover the specific spot where the Bible recounts Jesus's miracle of feeding the 5,000.

In the afternoon, we make a stop at Tiberias, noted as the largest city along the shores of the Sea of Galilee. Our visit will also include the Jordan River, where you will find Yardenit, the baptism site of Jesus, which attracts numerous faithful visitors each year.

As the day concludes, we will return to Tel Aviv by bus, arriving back at approximately 5:15 pm to your original pickup location.
