Teotihuacán Quad Tour

Tour Options

When booking, you'll have two different options to choose from. Both routes start at 9 am at the main entrance of the archaeological site of Teotihuacán and include an English-speaking guide and the rental of a quad.

2-Hour Tour

On this route, we'll ride around the surroundings of the archaeological site of Teotihuacán, admiring the Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon in the distance. You'll attend a cocoa workshop to learn about the importance of this product in pre-Hispanic societies and the properties of chocolate. You'll also get to taste pulque, a traditional drink of this region.

Afterward, we'll continue to the entrance of the city's caves, a network used for funerary and fertility rites. We'll learn about the maguey plant on a tour of the cactus and agave plantations.

3-Hour Tour

This option will take us to the second-largest structure of Teotihuacán: the Pyramid of the Moon, situated at the end of the Avenue of the Dead, dating back to 100 AD. You'll attend a chocolate workshop, taste pulque, and visit the cave located beneath the Pyramid of the Sun, where you will see the flower-shaped chamber at the end.
