Tour Details

We will meet at Avenida Cinema at the indicated time to start this free tour of Tetouan. We will walk through the Medina of the city.

We will proceed to Feddan Square and explore the side streets containing the Andalusian houses of the old nobility in Tetouan. The tour will uncover hidden corners and provide an authentic experience of local life.

Next, we will visit the Jarazin, the craftsman neighborhood, where there will be a 15-minute exploration for photos of Tetouan. We will also tour a 15th-century leather workshop to observe craftsmen at work and explore the bazars.

We will continue through the streets of Tetouan to Tarrafin, the 'Street of Gold', cross to Bab Ruah, and explore the old Jewish neighborhood of Mellah, immersing ourselves in the region's history and culture.

Finally, we will return through the Ensanche Español and see the Spanish library, Cervantes Institute, and food market, along with other historical buildings, concluding the tour after 2.5 hours.
