Georgian Cuisine Cooking Class
We'll meet at your chosen time in front of Avlabari metro station and start this experience with a visit to the private home of a Georgian family, who'll provide a local cooking class.
With the help of Shorena, a Georgian woman with more than 30 years of kitchen experience, we'll prepare several traditional Georgian dishes, including Khinkali, Khachapuri, aubergines with nuts, a typical Georgian salad, and cornbread.
You will follow Shorena's recipes and cook your dishes independently, after which you can taste the dishes you've prepared. We'll accompany our dishes with Georgian sulguni cheese and white wine.
To toast our efforts, we will enjoy some Chacha, the traditional Georgian brandy. This experience lasts for 3 hours, after which we will provide directions to the nearest metro, a 10-minute walk. You can then return to your hotel or explore other parts of the city.
