Tecate Day Trip (8 hours)

Your adventure begins with hotel pickup, followed by a journey to Tecate. Here, you'll enjoy panoramic views of the town and visit the desert area of La Rumorosa to observe its famous winding road and unique rock formations shaped by wind erosion. Afterward, you'll stop at a traditional bakery to sample locally baked bread and visit the El Vallecito Archaeological Zone, which features 23 paintings and petroglyphs within a cave of the Yumanes. Depending on availability, you may visit either Camp Alaska or the Kumiai Community Museum to learn about Tecate's history. You will have 1 hour for lunch before returning to Tijuana.

This tour introduces you to Guadalupe Valley, a major wine region in Mexico. You'll meet three vineyard families who will explain their processes from vineyard cultivation to bottling. Each estate will offer a wine tasting, showcasing whites, chardonnay, clombard, and merlot. Before returning to Tijuana, you'll have 1 hour of free time in Puerto Nuevo for lunch.
