Salinas Grandes Day Trip

Description

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Tilcara at 9:45 am and set off by bus to Purmamarca, a town located near the Hill of Seven Colours.

After a 30-minute drive, we'll reach Purmamarca, where we'll stop at a viewpoint to take in the views of the rainbow-coloured rock formations of the Hill of Seven Colours.

We'll then begin our ascent up the Lipán and Saladillo Hills to reach the Abra de Potrerillos viewpoint, situated at an elevation of 4,170 metres above sea level. From this point, we'll see the Salinas Grandes, a vast expanse of salt flats.

Afterwards, we'll return to Purmamarca, where you'll have free time for lunch before beginning our return trip.

At the end of the tour, we'll make the return journey to Tilcara, dropping you off at 3:30 pm.
