Dajti Mountain & BunkArt 1 Day Trip

At 9 am, we'll meet in front of the Opera & Ballet Theatre in Tirana. We'll begin by reviewing the country's communist period and visiting BunkArt 1, the biggest bunker in Tirana.

Inside BunkArt 1, we'll discuss its 107 rooms, designed to protect residents from a possible invasion or nuclear attack.

After exploring Albania's history, we'll leave Tirana and travel to Dajti Mountain. We'll board a cable car for a 20-minute ride to this national park, offering views of the area’s natural beauty.

Upon reaching an elevation of 3,600 feet (1,100 metres), we'll hike up Dajti Mountain, enjoying the park's vibrant trees. We'll pause for relaxation in this peaceful area away from the capital.

We will return to the cable car and arrive back in central Tirana by 2 pm.
