Tour Details
We'll meet on the corner of Juárez Street on Progreso Street to begin this tram tour of the old town of San Pedro Tlaquepaque. This cultural adventure features stops at points of interest such as Casa del Artesano, Plaza Amantolli, Plaza Pavo Real, Plazoleta del Arte, and Azulejos Talavera Cantú Gallery. At each location, you will have 10 to 15 minutes to explore.
You will also have the opportunity to taste a typical treat, with options including nieve de garrafa or raspado, depending on the day and time. This 1-hour tram ride concludes at the starting point.
El Refugio Cultural Center & National Ceramics Award Museum
During booking, you can select a tour option that includes tickets to the El Refugio Cultural Center and National Ceramics Award Museum along with your tram ride. The cultural center is located in a historic building from 1885, featuring gardens, corridors, and exhibition spaces. The museum showcases pieces awarded in the Pantaleón Panduro National Ceramics Award, held for over 40 years.
Tram Schedule
The Tlaquepaque tram operates Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm and departs every 60 minutes with the last departure at 5 pm.
