Peña del Rey Hiking Tour

Between 7 and 7:25 am, we'll pick you up at the agreed meeting point and head north to Peña del Rey in a 4x4 vehicle.

Upon arrival, we'll begin a three-hour hike up Peña del Rey, during which we'll observe the vegetation and learn about the fauna unique to this area of Puebla.

We will make several stops to take photos and enjoy the scenery. At the midpoint, we'll have a breakfast with two dishes, juice, fruit, and coffee.

The hike will lead us to the summit of Peña del Rey, where we'll enjoy a panoramic view of Tlaxco and the Neovolcanic Axis, with the peak of Citlaltépetl visible in the distance.

We're expected to take about two hours for the return journey. During this time, we will stop for lunch, which consists of three courses of different country delicacies.

After lunch, we'll head to Apizaco for a temazcal ritual, an ancestral steam bath traditionally used for medicinal purposes.

We will conclude the tour between 7 pm and 8 pm at the starting point.
