Mount Fuji & Fruit Picking Day Trip

Spend a full day enjoying Mount Fuji, a prominent natural sight in Japan. Admire spectacular landscapes and participate in fruit picking, an unmissable opportunity.

Day Trip Details

The adventure begins at the LOVE sculpture next to Shinjuku Station in Tokyo. From there, we will travel to the Kawaguchiko Lake Cable Car station, ascending Mount Fuji for breathtaking 360-degree views.

The cable car will take us to the fifth station of Mount Fuji, where stunning scenery awaits. After taking in the views, we will return to the mountain's base by cable car.

Next, we’ll head to a restaurant by Lake Kawaguchi for a delicious Japanese lunch featuring a traditional udon noodle dish. Post-lunch, we’ll continue by bus to Yamanashi Fuji Fruit Park.

At the park, you will be able to pick and taste seasonal fruits, depending on the harvest season: peaches from mid-July to mid-August, grapes from mid-August to early October, and berries from mid-October through November.

After fruit picking, we will tour the Mount Fuji area along Lake Kawaguchi, stopping at Oishi Park. If visiting on or after October 29, we will instead visit the Maple Corridor to see autumn foliage.

Finally, we will return by bus to the original meeting point in Tokyo, concluding this full-day tour after approximately 10 and a half hours.

Itinerary Changes

The fifth station can only be visited from late July to mid-September or the end of September. During this time, we will first ascend by cable car, then take a bus directly to the fifth station.

If your trip is outside these dates, a seasonal site will be visited instead, where you can enjoy views of Mount Fuji in a relaxed setting.
