Tour & Tasting at Fariña Winery

Visit the Fariña Winery, a key contributor to the denomination of origin of Toro, concluding with a wine tasting.

Description

At the set time, we will meet at the Fariña Winery for a guided tour of its facilities, exploring the denomination of origin of Toro.

The tour will include the winemaking hall, the aging wine cellar, and the bottling area, where we will learn about the complete wine production process. We will also see over 1,000 French and American oak barrels.

Next, we will visit the Vino-Arte Museum, which showcases the history of Toro wine and the legacy of the Fariña family since 1942. The exhibition features contemporary paintings and an old winemaking machinery collection.

The tour will conclude with a visit to the tasting room, where participants will taste 2 varieties of wines paired with a tapa of Zamora cheese.

The total duration of the visit is approximately one and a half hours.
