Tour & Tasting at Fariña Winery

Visit the Fariña Winery, a prominent winery integral to the creation of the denomination of origin of Toro, concluding with a wine tasting.

Description

At the scheduled time, we will meet at the Fariña Winery to begin a guided tour of its facilities, exploring the secrets of the denomination of origin of Toro.

We will tour the winemaking hall, the aging wine cellar, and the bottling area, observing the complete wine production process, including over 1,000 French and American oak barrels.

Next, we will visit the Vino-Arte Museum, which showcases the history of Toro wine and the legacy of the Fariña wineries since 1942. The exhibition features contemporary paintings and a collection of tools and old winemaking machinery.

To conclude, we will head to the tasting room to taste 2 varieties of wines paired with a tapa of Zamora cheese.

Our visit to the Fariña winery will last an hour and a half.
