Tour & Tasting at Fariña Winery

Visit the Fariña Winery, a winery integral to the denomination of origin of Toro, with a wine tasting concluding the tour.

Description

At the designated time, we will meet at the Fariña Winery for a guided tour of the facilities. We will explore the winemaking hall, enter the aging wine cellar, and visit the bottling area. Participants will learn about the complete process of wine production and view over 1,000 French and American oak barrels.

Next, we will visit the Vino-Arte Museum, which showcases the history of Toro wine and the Fariña family’s involvement since 1942. The exhibition includes contemporary paintings and a collection of tools and old winemaking machinery.

Lastly, we will proceed to the tasting room to sample 2 varieties of wines paired with a tapa of Zamora cheese.

The visit will conclude after an hour and a half.
